If you chose Workout (e.g., Chair Yoga, Wall Pilates, Indoor Walking, Tai Chi, etc.) as your primary program during the onboarding quiz, you will be automatically redirected to the My Plan page once logged in to My Personal Challenge app.
If, for any reason, you were not redirected automatically, you can access the Workout page manually by following these steps:
Open the App and navigate to the My Plan tab at the bottom of the screen
At the top of the page, you will see your main Workout course picture.
Click on the main Workout course picture, then select Day 1 to start your workouts.
✅️ Once you start a workout, you can follow the step-by-step instructions provided for each exercise or listen to the coach guiding you through the session. This ensures you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
