If your current workout plan doesn’t fit your needs — for example, if it’s too easy, too difficult, or you simply want to try something new — you can switch to another plan at any time.
To change your workout plan, follow these steps:
Open the MPC app.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Select My Plan Details.
Tap the pencil icon next to Workout plan, then choose your desired plan.
