A step tracker is a simple and effective way to monitor how far you’ve walked and how many steps you’ve taken over a certain period of time. MyPersonalChallenge app automatically tracks your daily steps and stores this information for easy progress analysis.
How to Link the Step Tracker
To enable step tracking, please make sure that Apple Health access is granted in your iPhone settings. When you first tap on Step Tracker, you should automatically be prompted to connect to Apple Health if it hasn’t been linked yet.
This connection allows the app to seamlessly sync your step data and ensure accurate tracking.
How to View Your Progress
Go to the My Plan tab.
Under the Main Workout section, tap on Steps.
Manual Step Entry
If you didn’t have your phone with you during a walk, you can manually add steps in the app to make sure your activity is accurately reflected by going to My Plan tab and tapping on the Steps section under the main plan.
